We conducted user research and user survey for understanding User.

• First, we narrowed down the direction and core technologies of the AI Therapist through desk research.
• Second, we conducted brainstorming idea and survey questionnaire for survey.
• Third, we decided our basic feature and we conducted user survey.
• We defined our user group and found similarity with each group
• Finally we decided our service goal and feature detail.
